The animation on the kiss was very impressive. Trailer also had a nice contrast with the calm and the chaotic.

Ya on a base level you can throw a lot of games under an umbrella. I just think TR and GoW are extremely close - much closer than most in those regards.

Uncharted 4 raising the bar? Is this real life? Both Tomb Raider games are significantly superior to that. Also God of War practically IS Tomb Raider from a design standpoint, with a different combat system.

For all intents and purposes goaltending is a completely different sport. It is a highly specialized position, and one whose skillset is not translated almost at all from “general athleticism”. Goaltending is essentially a different sport, and a pretty unique one at that (as in the skills required for it aren’t “generic athleticism”). Years of practice positioning, depth control, reading plays, and the muscle memory for unique body positions with foreign equipment.

Certainly not a great game, but I liked it a lot more than UC4, that much is certain.
