Fuck Illinois and their 55 mph speed limits! It used to be 70 mph on metro highways before 1973. IDOT has their heads far up their asses. I want to move to Texas!
Won't work in IL. Metro Chicago area people do 70-80 mph when the speed limit is 55. The speed limit has been 55 since 1973. Before that it was 70. IDOT has their heads far up their asses to listen and they didn't release speed data. I would love to know the 85th percentile from the speeds they've recorded.
