Because why cover up what happens in real life? In real life, people get naked and they fuck/make love/do all kinds of things. Sometimes they even moan or scream. So why shouldn't a few movies or shows show that? I'm not saying they all have to, but why not a few, if they want to. It doesn't have to be a huge deal.
