Try refrigerating it (its still nasty but goes down better cold) and use a straw.

I am waiting for the chubby dude in the red suit to deliver it.
Dad was an auto worker, all my friends dads were too, some from GM Lordstown, some at Ford Engine in Cleveland the rest from Chrysler stamping in Twinsburg. I grew up in the car culture of Northern Ohio and its still alive and well with classics lining up at cruise nights all summer.
SO jealous of that track. I have been asking Santa for a track every year since I was a kid and he has never delivered. Now I see why, he took it to your house instead. Lucky devil.
I tend to have a long fuse, I try and find the root cause, fix it, etc., but once I reach the point of explosion (out of sheer frustration) pull up a chair and enjoy the fireworks. Its almost never a person, but a situation (often something mechanical).
I agree and would only use the “plow” on driveway etc. I also have a lot of oaks and the leaves don’t break down. I also take care to not remove the acorns since they are food source for the hundreds of squirrels that live in those oaks (and raid my bird feeder if they can’t access their acorn stash).
Just watching that makes my back hurt. I am all for short cuts though, and use a plastic snow shovel to “plow leaves” in addition to raking and a blower, especially on harder surfaces. Maybe a hybrid of both would be good and tape that broad cardboard to the shovel with handle so you don’t have to bend over to use it…
I had never seen the “Will It Casserole” series so now I am super excited as I love casseroles, not just for their wonderful taste and combos of food varieties, but many can be made or partially made/prepped earlier which is nice for after work cooking. The coming cooler weather always inspires me to see what I can…
I do, and salesmen (and their managers) try to talk me out of it, which does not one bit sway me and I get what I want. I think their motivation is buy something off the lot, but I want what I want, and I will order it and wait for it and be just fine with that.
Mr. Krabs has known about this all along. What did you think he kept in that bottle containing the “Secret Formula”?
This is the most persuasive reason to get a Twitter account that I have ever seen.
After Sandy Hook, there was a movement to honor the dead by doing “27 random acts of kindness” (one for each victim) and I started doing little things, like letting people in front of me in line at the grocery check out, etc. I had under estimated the good it would do me. In a world of hate, it feels like a tiny act…
Colloquially known as End-of-Summer-Bummer.
I hope once they get past the prototype they make sure the final product has something on it to visually ID it as a power cell. If I saw this floating on the water and could get to it, I would pull it out and dispose of it, all the while bitching at whatever jerk I thought left their trash plastic in the water.
Did Jurassic Park teach us nothing?
I have sadly found that common sense is not at all common and less so every day. It may be that some women prefer d-bags, but the reason they dated the d-bag in the first place may well be because the d-bags actually communicated with the women, even in d-bag speak. Also sad, is that some women believe the myth that…
A woman may have posted it here on Lifehacker, but if you actually read the article, it comes from a man, Dr. Greg Matos writing in Psychology Today.
Well they have made the site so hard to navigate and view, it takes a lot of effort to see and most people just get tired of trying. I don’t really care about the numbers, just the opportunity to release some snark. :) Thanks
A good lawyer should be able to plea them down to a manslaughter of crows.
“Asshole” is too kind. I worked for a guy who called someone in to write him up 2 hours after his mom passed. Poor guy was wearing sun glasses and had tears running down his face and boss thought nothing of doing his “improvement plan” right then. I have been through a bunch of stuff like this in my position but that…
