Yes, anyone can be reported, but if HR comes to you, the employee (especially 3 times) its not because of some frivolous unsubstantiated complaints. They will have done a full investigation and concluded that you are a repeat offender and willfully not correct your issues.

Sorry, but anything with more than 2 legs (or with less than 2 legs as far as that goes) in my house is condemned to death if I see it and can stop screaming long enough to tap dance on it or otherwise murder it in cold blood. Just too much eewww to sort them out.

Just saying that since they are passing a law making a specific age cut off (forever, and not just until they are 18) it would make it something the people in that group would want more. “Forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest.”

The only problem is that there is nothing more alluring to young teens than something that they are not allowed to have (especially when older people are). It will just make them want to do it even more. Nothing makes a 14 year old want something more than being told they can’t have it.

So MUCH this. People who don’t recall their dreams do not appreciate how wonderful that is.

I still believe and always will. Life is complicated and horrible enough, why give up a cherished and comforting tradition from childhood. No harm comes from it and a great deal of joy does. To see the magic of Santa in a childs eyes brings me hope in humanity anew, and I just don’t see any down sides to that.

There is no reasonable explanation for it and it is just plain heartbreaking. When I think of the innocents effected, and so many of them children.....it really does cause me pain the chest and stinging in my eyes.

Chronic tardiness in a person is just a passive/aggressive way of reminding everyone else that they are the most important person and they control everyone else in the situation. I was not having it and in the process freed everyone else in the family from it as well.
