Don’t say anything* to a coworker that you would not say to your boss/HR, since people gossip so much, it is very likely to get back to them, and since gossip grows larger as it goes down the line, probably an embellished version will sooner or later reach their ears.

Forbidden fruit tastes the sweetest.......but is also the costliest. He should have emailed one of the millions of women that don’t work for him. Don’t dip your pen in the company ink, Bill.

Its no wonder their life expectancy was so short....they basically died from the smell. I am not a fan of perfume/cologne as most people wear too much. If I wear it all, I spray it in the air and walk through it, which is more than enough.

It won’t deflect bullets, but if you want to keep people away, I recommend the extremely poor hygiene/heavy perfume combo. I used to work with a lady who thought that bathing more than once a week (or longer) was a waste, and to cover it (or so she thought) she used a LOT of perfume. No one could get near her, or if

What I imagined it looked like..

When I am president, my mandate will say she finishes before you start, and baseball is optional.

Only loosely related to legal. I have worked in many industries from manufacturing, retail, service, logistics, IT and more, and its still the norm in most jobs. I am not even saying its because I am female, as male coworkers have been in roughly the same boat, but when you add sexual harassment into it, it makes the

Take heart, have faith and look around, paying attention to the atmosphere and other employees. I am looking now too and its scary, but I am holding out hope, not for perfection, but certainly for improvement.   Good luck!

You are 100% correct there. I am in “management” so there really was not a union for me to join anyway.

“You always feel like you are walking on eggshells or that at any minute, you make one false move and that’s it, you could be fired.”

That they would even oppose this shows they have no pride, respect or decency at all. Its just about the $$$ that they may get from donors who profit from the destruction of these historic sites. They should be deeply ashamed that they have no care for the sacred nature of these areas. I bet if it was something sacred

These children will indeed be effected by this and so will their descendants. My grandfather lost his mother to the 1918 flu pandemic and he was filled with hate and rage the rest of his life (in his case towards Germans since he thought they released it as a weapon). His wife, children and even grandchildren suffered

I would (in some respects) like to learn that, but, I will admit, the productivity is so handy.

I agree, at least in theory, but I can’t even “do nothing” on my days off. You also point out “idle time to do whatever you want” which is still doing something. I freely admit I am severely over-productive, but, I grew up in that mindset (we called it work ethic, especially in a rural background), and as you point

I am glad to see this is a thing and not just me. The stress they refer to I feel as guilt for what I perceive as wasting time” when I have so much I could or should be doing. I have to be severely sick to do “nothing” and even then I have to tell myself that healing is not wasting time (but it still feels like it).

I have to admit, these are indeed brilliant and I am deeply ashamed that I never thought of them myself.

You are too kind, thank you. I am here a lot less now as well.

Some people are really deathly afraid of needles, and double so if they think its going in their belly.  No excuse either, but a lot of men, especially older ones, think they can tough out anything, and will NOT seek or accept treatment.

It is still a common belief that the shots are given in the stomach, and that might scare anyone off.

I can confirm Ohio and Reeses. Its the #1 candy taken from my bowl (for several years), followed by KitKat. (I buy Baby Ruth for myself.)
