Maybe Vitamin D won’t extend my life due to heart health, but, it keeps me from utter despair, suicide and antidepresseints in the northern winters, so I would call it very effective in extending and improving the quality my life in other ways.
Where you been? I was just looking around and realized I hadn’t seen around these parts lately.
Upgraded my life and downgraded stress by giving myself permission to just do the best I can every day; worrying only about the things I can actually do something about that day, leaving the rest for tomorrow, and not trying to be perfect in every way all the time. Its just too damn tiring.
I keep a plastic ziplock bag in the freezer that I put odds and ends left over veggies, stems from broccoli, etc., in, then (more in winter) when I want to make soup, they all go into the pot, which gives a nice variety of taste and texture and is economical as well.
Don’t forget the SDS and proper pictogram labeling for transport, mix, use, and disposal of the gatorade.

I saw a piece on this group on Mysteries at the Museum and it was fascinating and terrifying all at the same time. I am all for a cult, but politically motivated mass murder seems like it would really put a damper on recruitment efforts in the name of peace, love, and enlightened sex.
