Will this be a new world apart from the other Arkham games? I've never played any of them, but this really entices me. I just don't like jumping into a series if I haven't played any of it's predecessors.

My wife and I got the extended and we loved that each movie was split between two disks. Honestly, it feels more like 6 movies the way they ended each disk. Also, each disk is about the same length as any other movie. Who really has time to sit down and watch a 4 hour movie anyway?
