Kinda like how Disney ran the Marvel franchise into the ground by releasing a new movie (or 2) each year? Oh wait! Those movies were all majorly successful!
I didn't know that! I loved the film and the manga, but this puts a whole new light on the divergence between the two.
This faithful? This concept art isn't even remotely faithful to the movie. In fact, if it didn't say Nausicaa on the drawing, I'd never have put the two together. It's cool art, but it isn't Nausicaa in the least bit.
I completely disagree with you. Nausicaa is easily one of my favorite of Miyuzaki's films. It is in fact the first of his films that I saw, thinking about it now, I believe I saw this movie around 20 years ago! I've read the entire Manga too, which is also incredible. It would be nice if they made some more movies…
His whole argument is a joke considering he's perfectly okay with committing digital mass murder. He sounds like a moron to me; "I'm okay with breaking this sin, but this other sin is a total deal breaker for me!"
With every new piece of concept art for this game, I'm getting even more pumped! I will certainly buy an art book if one is released. I also happen to be a Lego enthusiast, and think I'm going to start dabbling in some Hardware: Shipbreakers inspired Lego models:).
I hope it's good. I'm eagerly awaiting our first glimpse of gameplay. I have high hopes for this game.
Why? The Bourne movies were great! He's a wonderful movie action hero.
Whoa wait... are you complaining because this isn't 3D? Thats a first! 3D films are a gimmick, that cost way too much. I'm perfectly fine with watching a film in 2D thanks to the far superior picture quality. 3D films make everything that isn't in 3D blurry, and thatz not okay.
So you'll only see Elysium then? Ok...
Have you seen this?
Speaking specifically on those who cosplay in provocative costumes. I certainly don't think dressing this way warrants being mistreated physically and verbally, but these cosplayers better expect to be ogled in inappropriate ways... Lets use the last picture (Mad Moxi) in this article as an example. She's got her…
You realize I said exactly that in the last sentence of my paragraph... right?
The Bugatti is an awesome car, but it sure hasn't aged well. It's beginning to look rather ugly.
Where did he park it, I'd like to get mine keyed just like it (minus the corporate branding)
He's a rather big boy... I think he should hit the treadmills or something... Maybe lay off the gigantic cans of soda? Seriously, he's going to die young if he doesn't do something about that.
The way I see it; American males (we aren't exclusive to this, mind you) have a false impression of what our women should be like because of porn/media, and apparently Japanese males have a false impression of what their women should be like because of anime/hentai.
Fleshlights, dildos, strip clubs, hookers, porn, erotic novels, chat rooms, sexting. I Think Americans are worse off, or at least just as sad. These are all examples of trying to emulate something in my opinion. Not to say that the Asian cultures don't have these things either.
Make a homemade pizza (homemade crust, and fresh toppings), it's much healthier, and you can put whatever crazy toppings you want on it!
