I'm with you. Say what you want, I swear by the patch. First time I quit I went cold turkey - didn't work. Second time I used the patch and quit for 4.5 years. Quitting again and using the patch again. No smoking since Jan 1 and while there's still a craving, I haven't picked one up.

Actually yes. You need one person to make sure the overall message/theme is consistant. Remove the head of that and you have dozens of people working on their own little segment not knowing if it coincides with other parts of the department and you get a mish-mash.
