Yeah that is one weird descriptor

Vienna Beef hands down, and my second favorite are the Rancher brand from Whole Foods. Hebrew national are okay in a pinch. Not a fan of Nathan's. The Snake Rivers sounds good. The rest are awful.

For sure. Also used to be a lot less political than it is now. I'm pretty sure she never actually said anything political on there, but guilt by association since she wasn't really known.

Well, she was easily a ten when he married her. She used to be on Unsolved Mysteries (she was the "newsroom" correspondent). I assume she gained weight after they had kids. It happens.

I see this a lot in the South, probably because people get married younger. The guys who lock down the girls during or right after college. They lose their hair, their waistline expands—meanwhile, their wife is hitting her prime. Always a bummer.

I think a lot of fans thought she was relatively conservative due to that and having been a regular on the early days of Fox News' Red Eye, but clearly not the case.

Well, totally, that's evident to the viewer, but I think Mycroft is supposed to be sort of in denial of the fact that she's the one thing he can't control and he let it get away from him. They didn't explain it very well, but I assumed there was some degree of blackmail going on, like "if you give me a Stradivarius,

Yeah, it's pretty clear your connections can get you through the door and maybe even hired in a small part, but you still have to have something to offer if you want to stay there and make a career of it.
**exception does not apply you're related to/friends with Kevin Smith**

I met a guy in college named Toph, short for Christopher. He was a douche.

True, but a lot of times they try to say it's a "re-adaptation" of the original source material so they can avoid calling it a remake.

I think it's supposed to show Mycroft's hubris that he thought he had her all figured out and she wouldn't be able to get anything past him, so why not let her meet Moriarty?

The Ring too—at least visually—with Eurus's whole look and the bones in the well.

Also posing as his texting friend. They never really closed that loop.

Cash ain't Texan enough!

It was one of the earliest original Nickelodeon sitcoms, right after they'd opened their studio in Orlando. I think it only lasted 2 seasons but they played those seasons incessantly in reruns for at least 3-4 years after they cancelled it.

If Mark Harris in his book Pictures at a Revolution is to be believed, the original novel is less progressive in its views than the movie, and also not all that good. Hopefully they hue closer to the film or do something entirely different.

The first film set I ever saw was In The Heat of the Night in a small town in Georgia while I was visiting my grandparents. It was extremely boring to watch but at the same time extremely exciting. I did get to see the guy who played Kevin on Welcome Freshman who was guesting on that episode as a robber.
Cool story bro.

Not sure exactly but many times writers donate to places that aren't their alma mater. For instance, Cormac McCarthy's papers are located at the Texas State library even though he attended University of Tennessee. I'm guessing the school must pitch to the writer?
That said, it is somewhat ironic as Jon Hamm attended UT

Well Merle doesn't have the Texas thing so he's out. Waylon was in Austin like Willie for a time, but eventually moved back to Nashville. Willie was sort of a fixture and very involved in the music scene in Austin. I'm sure Hank appreciated Willie's loyalty to the Republic.

She is the reason I watched 25 minutes of This Is Us last night. She was wearing a sweater. Nuff said.
