I was just listening to Pictures at a Revolution on audiobook and had no idea she was only 35.

My main problem with it is that Jeff Daniels made Harry about 10x dumber. Harry in the first movie is dim and a little slow, but he actually fools people into thinking he's of average intelligence, so when he does something truly outrageous it's that much funnier. In the sequel he acts like a cartoonish buffoon. I'm

It's hard to believe he was actually a chubby bald guy when he first became famous. He looked more like W Earl Brown than he does his current self.

He was bald until like 10 years ago! Getting plugs a decade after you've been in Hollywood is a strange move.

"And yet, having him go back to essentially the person he was at the start of Bad Santa seems lazy and formulaic and makes no sense to me."
This is the main problem with most comedy sequels and sequels in general.

Or, uh, how he now has a full head of hair?

Oh yeah. Most of Ron Burgundy's lines from Anchorman could be retired. Not even sure if they're on this list but "I'm kind of a big deal" (I think it's next to "Stay classy" but it's illegible) "I'm not even mad, that's amazing" "it's science" "don't pretend you're not impressed" etc.

I'm personally bringing back "is that your final answer?"

I hate to shit on Jean cause he did some great stuff, but I kinda feel like he's no good without Mike Reiss.

7 Roger Moore movies wasn't enough?

Right. It seems like Matt is more taking care of the boring stuff and the business stuff so that Trey doesn't have to and can focus on just the show.
It was funny when they said the writers retreats never actually bore any fruit because by the time they got ready to write the scripts the ideas were no longer funny to

I remember David Wild posted a picture of Parker backstage at a Brad Paisley concert where he'd brought his stepson. He just seemed thrilled to be there with his stepson. I'm sure he's a little kooky, but he seems like a good dude.

From what I gather from various articles and interviews, Parker is hypercreative but needs someone to keep him in check and on task and to help him communicate with other people, and that's where Stone comes in. I think he's sorta "the man behind the man" to use a cliche. Parker does get sole writing and directing

I've heard her interviewed before, and while she's extremely good at improv comedy, she's not a great interview, which I find somewhat ironic. I think some people just don't love doing press and she's one of those people.

That'd require him actually writing for once

I kinda loved that fake Gary Burghoff Twitter account where he just talked shit about all his co-stars. It was one of those things that seemed real enough to fool yourself into believing it because it was so funny. And then the fights with the fake Tyne Daly account. Good times in the Twitterverse.

Only parts of it and it was before I really knew who he was. I remember thinking he was great in Ride with the Devil.

Yeah, he went from looking like a meek professor-type to a large brute just by changing his posture and face. Scary and scary good acting.

I love that show. I know it's not as popular as some of their other animated shows, but it might be my favorite (first season, at least). Archer can't quite measure up.

Not to mention he, uh, made a robot family based on his own family. Dude blurs a lot of lines, especially for someone who insists they're not real. And he's lonely as hell
