But it’s not reliable, costs a ton to service and doesn’t keep its value.... Looks great, lease only!

I won the lottery when I was in my early 20s. Not as much as you, high 5 figures. I was initially going to buy a new camaro or sti but decided to get a simple used civic for 8k and a used motorcycle. Put the rest of the money into property. Since then those properties have made me exponentially more than I had

That seems to be brown.

No. It was guns. The Regressive Party needed some primary voter bait for the April elections and all the incumbents wanted to prove that they how pro-gun they were. But thanks for playing.

Oh, thank you. This reminds me. My shitty state will not adopt federal Real ID (cuz they gunna come take yer guns!!!!! Freeeeedom!) so I need to update all the family passports to do boring shit like fly on air planes, or enter a federal building.

Boxed wine is actually better suited for camping. It’s lighter than glass. Also, once you finish it, the bag inside can be inflated to make a nice pillow.

The biggest problem is that it is very easy to manipulate city per capita murder data by drawing lines around what constitutes a city’s metropolitan area. Take StL for example, do you include everything from St. Charles to Belleville? Or just ignore all the suburbs and count only those in the city limits?
This becomes

It’s even funnier when people get scared to go to a the resort part of Mexico in Cancun/Playa del Carmen. Then they say, “oh this is nothing like that I thought Mexico would be!” Which is true, because it’s not really Mexico.

I agree to a point. My everyday drinking wines are now typically $5-10 dollar bottles. I’ve found some very very good wines from Spain and South America in that price range. However, I also keep at least a box of red and white on hand for those times when you just want one glass or you need a few splashes in a sauce

I have a Hindu friend who’s now a well-known news anchor who was physically assaulted in the weeks following 9/11. We haven’t gotten any smarter.

The USA is not exactly safe for some tourists either. we have quite a base of empowered racists right now that will attack muslims or people they think might be muslim. I have seen Sikh men verbally assulted at a resturant by some of our flag waving uneducated hillbillies when travelling through the south.

Jesus Christ, what year is it to people in Kansas?

Don’t stand by your man if they don’t stand by you. Makes sense!

I only budgeted for shitty motels. Sorry!

And there is is, the first ****ole to take something not political and make it political.

Seek mental therapy.

If you live in a city, you’re fucked unless you get out before the shit hits. Most preppers tell you this. Get the fuck out of the city before the panic and violence.

or if you drive it 1mph under the speed limit and never over 3K rpms, like 90% of toyotas

That should not cause a modern turbo to fail......

Unless you’re secretly rally crossing those mountain ranges with your awesome 2010 Volvo back firing due to it’s even more awesome anti lag. Then I could totally see how you ran through 3 or more turbos.

I don’t get the issue? Its not like they can hide this stuff, every company uses marketing to hide upsells that make vast profit. Do you think it costs Apple $100 to add 64GB of ram, try $2. It needs to be called out in the bill of sale, and if you agree to a price with the dealer I am assuming that BOTH parties

When I say serviceable life limit I’m referencing the mileage determined by each manufacturer for their vehicles. BMW I think is still 100,000 miles, and I would have assumed Volvo was as well. But even purchased at 75,000 miles, the car is at 115,000 miles and needed $17,000 in repairs. I would say that’s not good
