Sleep paralysis is terrifying.

Yeah I’ve been googling like crazy and a lot of pieces seem to be from people identifying with Larson. Way fewer willing to own up to identifying with the needy weirdo who had no idea so many people were laughing at her behind her back.

After having read the story about three times I have concluded I am on Team Nobody for this one, haha.

When I got to the bit where Larson changed her Dorland-inspired character’s sign off in her letter to “Kindly” (the real Dorland’s usual sign off), I actually gasp/laughed aloud.

Or the ones that include lengthy conversations, complete with the tones and facial expressions with which things were said. Nothing forces me out of the contract between me and the poster that this is to be taken as a true story not a creative writing exercise like dialogue that’s too fucking long for a realistic

And like I plead every year, folks, please please remember that longer doesn’t mean better. Brevity is the soul of dread.

I so so badly want to read the treatment/draft/whatever it was that Nick Cave maybe wrote for the new  “The Crow” movie more closely based on the original comic that never ended up happening.

Fellow Aussie here. I never had any luck trying to buy online following the stock drop alerts on Twitter. Earlier this year one day I lucked out, walked into an EB Games and asked if they had a list currently. They had, for 20 consoles coming in about 3 months time. They actually had a couple of digital only right

To have been a fly on the wall in the meetings they must have had about the hair and make up for the character…

This. Not everyone who loves video games has the luxury of sitting and playing for hours on end. I’ve developed a real appreciation for games that respect my time.

Remember the Double? Here in Australia our KFC is doing something called the Pizza Double. Yes that’s pepperoni, cheese and tomato sauce between two Zinger fillets. Did this horror show happen over with you guys too?

Also how they weren’t physically unattractive, the adaptation didn’t buy into the “beauty equals goodness” thing.

So it’s Australian comedy improv show “Thank God You’re Here” but serious. Haha that sounds pretty interesting actually.

When I went on holiday to America, getting tipping right was the thing I was most stressed about.

Is it going to sort out who fathered Nala and what her blood relationship to Simba is? Because that did bother child me a bit.

Thank you! I was trying to visualise this and not sure I was getting it.

She was also in the Deaf West production of Spring Awakening that transferred to Broadway. I’m usually pretty lukewarm about that musical but really loved that production. They cast a mix of Deaf and hearing performers and used deafness both as an metaphor for the lack of communication between children and adults, and

LOLOLOLOL “Habeas Corpus” from “The Player”. It’s only a minor subplot but an earnest writer played by Richard E Grant is adamant that his gritty tragedy about a woman wrongfully convicted of murder will not be tampered with by the studio and will have “no stars, no pat Hollywood ending”. Then when we see how the

I usually am very not into roguelikes as I frankly don’t have the spare time in my life to sink hours into grindy games where the difficulty and repetition is the point*. But this one totally won me over, on the strength of the story and aesthetic alone. Highly recommend for other gamers like me who usually don’t like
