As someone who worked for one of the biggest injury law firms in South Texas I can promise you that people still try to sue even when it was their fault and the other person is dirt poor. I can also tell you that most lawyers don’t give a shit about people. They care about money. A lot of the lawyers I see start out caring but they learn from the others to stop caring about anything but the money.
