You can buy ramen seasoning sachets on their own in some Asian countries. But you’re right they need to bring it over in jars.  I’ve purchased huge packs of wet ramen paste for catering before.  

I think Europe was a case of... not worth investing money into a redesign. Never even got Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy III, Mario RPG.

Well it is unauthorized probably in accordance with the card issuer rules. But i think that the person that used it without authorization should also be prosecuted and pursued for the charges.
