Wth happened to Charlize Theron’s nomination??

Baby Daddy is not cancelled! Merely suspended..come on now, I needs me my guilty pleasures

My first name is actually anglo as well, so to me seeing her name be Alex Parish didn’t detract from her indian-ness. In a way I appreciate that it doesn’t perpetuate the stereo-type that all Indians are either hindu or muslim. As someone who even in India gets questioned about my name and ethnicity I found it

That still doesn’t change the fact that my name is my name and has always been my name and that is who I identify has. Last names have traversed dynasties all throughout history are we all supposed to trace back however many centuries so other people will be comfortable with the fact that I have a white name and am

I’m indian and catholic and my last name is Lewis and no I did not change it to sound more white. Lewis has been the last name in my family for generations and there are a lot of “white sounding” last names within the Indian population just fyi.
