I'm trying to get your point, but I guess where I struggle is I don't see "want sex" and "don't want sex" as binary. Maybe it is for you, but I think for most people it's more of a spectrum. Like hunger or thirst. Maintenance sex happens when you're on that point on the spectrum that's like, "I wasn't hungry, but

Do you honestly believe the only reasons people have for wanting monogamous relationships are based on things like religion or finances? I have no problem with other people having open relationships, it's actually pretty easy for me to see where they're coming from and I sometimes wish that were my jam. But it's not

Completely agree. I've just started sexing with a new guy and he seemed befuddled by the fact I get up to pee within minutes of the deed. I was like doesn't almost every woman do this?? Apparently not.

Let me guess...you haven't given your wife an orgasm since the kids were born. :D

I'm jealous that your wife apparently doesn't have (or doesn't yet have) a UTI problem. I can only dream of falling asleep during or immediately after sex without peeing to prevent an outrageously painful infection. A significant portion of the population get several every year, often by doing what you just described.

thank you.

Seconded. For the first third of my relationship, my sex drive was much higher than my partner's. It kind of freaked him out sometimes, because obviously, girl with high sex drive = cheating nymphomaniac. He never got super jealous, but he didn't know what to do about it at first.

I think there's nothing wrong with wanking it at all. In some relationships which are nightmares there's a duality of "I dont want to have sex, but I also don't want you to have any sexual gratification by yourself either". I was in a relationship with a woman who was like "oh, don't jerk off, I wanna have sex later"
