But they aren’t fighting!
I similarly loved when he and Russillo would go on rants using bad Boston accents
Leviticus 11:9-12
Thank you. I was about to delve into this and you saved me some time. It is truly incredible that right wing voters have been so absolutely brainwashed into thinking that the ACA is this abject disaster that is crushing the middle class and destroying the economy.
I always thought that this was the Charles Hayley Rule, where as a DE in a three point stance, he’d aggressively twitch his leg like he was about to launch at the OT in an attempt to get the OT to flinch, thus drawing the flag.
I’m willing to accept that some of this might be true, as long as Thayer Evans didn’t have a part in writing or researching it.
I know!! I keep thinking about this guy named Muhammad Ali, who refused to go to Vietnam because of religious objections to war. He spent over three years in jail. Would anyone imagine any right winger defending a Muslim’s religious rights?!?
Carry on, then!
How did you not hang yourself some time between 1990 and 2000?
Right— and what’s interesting (if I recall correctly) is that almost without exception, USL Pro did much better than NASL.
Well, I’m not a member of the GOP but I am a guy. And for a good portion of my adult life, I feel like things would have been better with sex without fear of pregnancy and women with an amped up sex drive. Alas.
Wouldn’t a bunch of old white men WANT to have a pill that makes women a bit more interested in sex?
Within three years owner Jed York went from a heralded wunderkind to now being mentioned in the same breath as Mark Davis, James Dolan, Jimmy Buss, and Dan Snyder.
I know! I clicked on this because I have no idea what either of those things are, or why it’s important. And as of now, I still don’t get it.
Well, it depends. I travel quite often— both for work and pleasure (my girlfriend currently lives in another time zone). Sometimes, those travel plans (usually when I’m going to my destination) aren’t flexible— I absolutely need to be where I’m going when I planned. But other times, it really doesn’t matter.
I know nothing about video games. I bought a console a few years ago so when my nephew visits, we can play. He destroys me in everything— even new games he’s never played before. So that’s my perspective.
All the venues, perhaps. But not the infrastructure. The proposed Westside expansion of the Purple Line won’t make it to the 405 until after the Olympics are over. Maybe the Exposition and LAX lines will be open by then, but one never knows. Otherwise, the bus lines are miserable, and it’s quit difficult to get around…
Agreed. But you’re forgetting who I think are the strangest: the long distance guys. There’s something about doing 5ks and 10ks on the track that messes with you.
So is this what it’s like to be old? Where I don’t know what “League of Legends” or whatever is? And how you’re confounded that there is a league of this, and that people are paying a professional video game player to, like, increase a ranking? Or something?
