I think that social awakening happens in slow waves that occasionally peak in a flurry of activity, but that changes were happening even when everything seems slow. It's a "long game."

This is a smart move. Not just the right move (which it is), but astute. This is the direction the country is going, and any business that realizes this and supports it, is being very smart.
