But my point is they could’ve gone with pretty much anything in response to the the extraneous issue, 13.18 seems to be completely open. They could’ve reset to 2-1 with 1 minute off, yet for some reason they consider that less “ideal” than a full reset.

Yeah, not really the best example because they did implement goal line tech precisely because of incidents like that. Which would be the same hope here. Sucks that someone has to get screwed along the way, but sometimes that is what it takes to get changes made.

True, soccer is very stubborn about these things, but even they’ve implemented goal-line technology at this point.

But the kills aren’t the issue with the NIP comp. In fact, most of the kills only come from a Nanoboosted Reinhardt or Winston. The comp is strong because of the high health pool combined with 3 healers, which makes contesting and controlling points (what actually wins games in Overwatch) easy for the comp to do.
