this is the kinda stuff i allways wished steam would do, now, the only thing left is for them to hook in to vistas game explorer so games show up properly there.

@Cola82: I can see where your coming from with this, and im sure that in an idea world they would have loved to add in the 3 female characters, but when you think about it, thats not only all the audio story audio for those 3 female characters, all the writing for what they are going to say but also rewriting and re

@Tyrannical: that really was my point, its not that there similar, on the 360, everything runs at the same os ring level, you dont have to wait for the os to switch modes to pass commands down to the graphics driver and all that, the 360 gpu isnt a pure SM2 graphics card, it has loads of extras thrown in, including

@slomo788: The 360 is not really like a 'computer', if anything its like an older mac, it uses a IBM power pc chip, 3 dual core general purpose processors, and a fast graphics card. The wii and game cube for example, use a power pc chip and a weaker graphics card. there quite similar, there this idea that the 360 is

@I_fit_in: xbox live games can have servers if the devs want them, just as psn games can be p2p if the devs want them (frontlines and battlefield2 on 360 support dedicated servers)

wow, these mounts do look horrible. it may be a fantasy game, but thats no excuse for poor art

is it just me, or was there the haunted house music from banjo kazooie in there? coolies!

i never understood why my local gamestation has a whole shelf of ipod stuff next to the trade in megadrives games, makes no sence. A few people here have mentioned that they want a zune, ill add myself to that list! release them in the uk microsoft!

my ps3, i have not enjoyed a single game on it yet, my wii has had more playtime

now that looks 10 shades of AWESOME, and i hate useing that word, first prince of persia game ive been interested in

@Pezdispenser: now now, there no need to be nasty, were only trying to warn them!

@somarix: They may run slow on current hardware, but things can only get better. At the moment, creating dynamic geometry can be slow, like in the nvidia cascades demo, but you can still use them for other things. ive not seen any numbers on performance, but 3 seems awfully low to me.

we should all band together and buy 3 xboxs and 3 copies of bioshock for our crazy Silicon Vally friends, they need to learn of what will come!

yes they all are doable, you can do any graphical effect on the cpu if you have the time to wait, you can do most direct x 10 effects in direct x 9, but not as fast and not as as efficient. Direct x 9 supports pixel/fragment shaders and vertex shaders.

@Zim: BC was an amazing game, i played it during work experience at lionhead yeas and years back. i got to test BC, fable, the movies and black and white 2, and out of all of them BC was by far the strongest title, i loved it. To this day i still cant fathom why it was canceled.

@vanderblade: Yeah, but thats of a limited collectors edition, not the main game, which people are already selling on ebay for profit bizarrely, and the games not released yet, so thats just preorders alone. not bad i think

dungeon keeper

Wow, sounds cool. Seems like a nice way to keep the series fresh, i hope theres a fair ammount of actual platforming in it though, as thats what brought me to love banjo.... no wheres my n64
