have a look at the pages html, and you should see this.

@The Forgetful Brain: not PR speak, this is lawyer speak. Its not meant for the consumers, they are trying to argue a legal case.

@Matt0505: Thats business for you, conditions change. Its been said that Ensemble was the most expensive studio microsoft owned, a victim of their own sucsess, the other two studios wanted more freedom. I dont see an problems here.... business is business.

@datsunzep: They are just taking the gaming concept of death matches to the logical conclusion.

Looking at that list, kingdom is proably a game name.

Ahh old new to me, as im currently working under Dr Shamus Smith for my final year project. Its on pre-calculating crowd simulations and playing them back in real time in source engine or Torque (Havent decided which yet)

Just finished installing the beta on my brand new Samsung NC10 netbook, and man does it run well!

@wallpaper42: ive seen worse too, but ill have to side with the "pretty awful" guys

@Thassodar: technicaly you were right at 30 maps, 20 for the 4 campains, and 2 verses campains brings it up to 30 (verses maps are modified from the campain maps)

@joefro: there not on the disk. The verses versions of the maps are actually different versions, they need to be tweaked for humans to be able to ply the infected well and for balance. for example, noticed how the radio room on the roof in no mercy is different in verses? no closet camping!

professor layton for my girlfriend, and Left 4 Dead for my cousin and brother, shall have people to play with when i get back home from uni :)

seriously, what's with all you people saying QA is dead? i worked in QA for a number of years, you wouldn't believe the amount of bugs that get tracked in the bug database. Halfway through the project the publisher forced us to move from our own internal bug tracing system (a copy of Mantis) to their own internal

@uzivatel: Yeah, then xbla is your friend there. thoese are the kind of game most publishers wont go near, even before the minimum disk press limit went up. your just not going to shift mush of them in europe. for a disk release to be sucsessful you need a high penitration of the platform in your target market. thats

@uzivatel: At the time they were putting out alot of shooter games on live arcade if i remember correctly. You dont want to over saturate the platform with one type of game.

@Spigget: i think your completly wrong there. Unreal mods are very different to little big plannet. they involve code and asset creation on a pc, runnint through a conversion tool and then installing them on a console. This is all fine except microsoft didnt make unreal, and for what ever reason they didnt want to lat

you all seem to be missunderstanding this.

the inquirer is pritty must the most untrustorthy website on the net.

@Netnavi: Id imagine that is verry, verry, verry unoptimised at the moment, it will get better id imagine with time :P

short answer:
