Regardless of internet service providers, services like YouTube will always suffer. It is Google's end. Even with my Gigabit connection at my University, YouTube still sucks.

You could just connect your own router to it.
No problem. You also have this news today. Looks like the date for the update is April 5th.
That is only for HSPA+ over AWS.
Apple said that the older unlocked iPhone will have T-Mobile LTE, you just have to wait for them to officially launch the network and for Apple to release the carrier update which is scheduled for April 12th.
It really depends, sometimes it may take a while for Dropbox to upload the photo, and then for it to download it on your computer.

Well I just mentioned them as an example of a tech company working with a car company.

I think car manufactures are better off working with tech companies to build the tech into cars. Example is Ford and how they partnered with Microsoft for Sync.
I really feel for you, I really do.
On your Preview argument, yes it is easier for most people. The only advantage I see with Autograph is if you need others signatures a lot (maybe a business?). But all MacBooks made in the last few years have a multitouch trackpad and all new iMacs comes with the Magic trackpad.
Preview is not the same as Autograph, Preview requires you to sign a piece of paper and then use the camera to get the signature.
In my experience, no it will not work like that.
I have not found a good reason to use Growl any more. Most apps now use Notification Center, and if they don't Hiss has been working out for me.
