Well, the guy did send his computer to Geek Squad city to get a data recovery service to find pictures and documents on a busted drive.

Honestly, the way she asked about wages in her email set a bad tone. It is okay to ask what you will get paid or if there are benefits, but the way she asked is terrible. She should have asked, “What benefits are included?” not, “Benefits will also be included, right?”
