Well you weren't able to just pop the SIM from the iPhone 4 to the 4S since you wouldn't get HSPA+ speeds. I think it may be the same for the iPad.

No that is not true, the iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 can only reach 7.2 Mbps. The iPhone 4S is 14.4 Mbps. (I have a 10 Mbps speed test to prove it in real life)

No LTE devices are 5GB. HSPA+ are 3GB.

Thanks, HSPA+ was controversial on if it is true 4G or not. With LTE that is not the case. It was pretty much a unanimous decision that it is 4G.

They didnt call the iPhone 4S's HSPA+ 4G because they don't believe they should say what 4G is. So I would expect that if they do call it 4G then it is NOT HSPA+

Well in New York if you are caught drinking and driving (with ANY bac level, even if it's under the legal limit) it is an automatic suspension until you turn 21. Thats what they should have done.
