Some used in-flight phones, and when you are close enough to the ground to crash into the buildings (they had service on the 110th floor of WTC 1 and 2) you can make a phone call.

Oh, something like that is stupid. Unless you are a banking app or handle some type of security in your app you should not be able to restrict it only because it is jailbroken. I see why Cablevision/Time Warner would do that though. If they don't protect their licenses by restricting access to only inside the house

"restricting what kinds of devices the app can run on is kinda unnecessary"

Like this? I hate you Rigoberto!

I usually sort by "Most Critical", then start to read a couple. If you go to the Google+ or Spotify App most of the negative reviews say they they don't have an invitation so they give it 1 star.

This kid needs to grow up, really, I don't care if your are 15. At his age (not too long ago) I was Interning at a web development company and acted professional. When I was emailing clients they didn't know that I was some 15/16 year old intern.

He has problems with his iPod .... from 2001

Wait, how did that reply to you? I clicked on "Start A New Thread" before I commented! Gawker needs to fix this commenting system. Hopefully this goes out to @Flaeor

Another note: do not spend money on software! Some schools offer discounts that you cannot get through stores. For example, my school allows me to get the newest version of Microsoft Office for PC or Mac every academic year for FREE!! My cousins school gives it to you for only $30. And this is the pro version not the

You think Gizmodo paid $5K for a phone said to be a prototype iPhone 4 and it was "unknowingly"? I am sure Gawker has good lawyers and thats why charges were never filed.

"Brian Hogan, 22, of Redwood City was charged withone count of misappropriation of lost property, and Sage Wallower, 28, of Emeryville, wascharged with misappropriation of lost property, and possession of stolen property."

Steve know that they need sites like Engadget and Gizmodo to write good reviews and know Gizmodo will still love him.

The problem is that they BOUGHT stolen property.

They had to, legally.

I don't wan't anybody using my Internet so I just used WPA2 Enterprise with RADIUS authentication.

Can we please NOT approve commenters that have no history and their first comment is concidered spam by some?

Well at least they warned you!
