Kinja freaked out and posted this twice. Well in my world it posted twice, now it has been totally deleted. Anyway, TL:DR (my own post that is), it's not about effectiveness, it's about conversion/usage rates. Invasive =/ higher conversion or usage rates which means it is not the holy grail.
That's more like a male form of an IUD, which I don't think is the holly grail you are looking for...
