That really is the root issue with seasons 7 and 8. They established a narrative rhythm and then got tired of the series and tried to cram what would have been 20-25 episodes worth of plot into about 14 episodes of TV.

I didn’t want to bring this up, but many people are saying that the USWNT have shown more respect for their opponents than perhaps anyone in the history of soccer.

It’s incredible to me how much INXS seems to have fallen off the map since he died. They were absolutely one of the biggest bands of their era, and completely deserved it. Yet I very seldom hear them played while terrible 90s contemporaries get constant airtime.
