I was hoping for a “Some prankster hijacked the feed and played Duck hunt for an hour” type story.

I like playing video games and I am sure if I was there I would enjoy the atmosphere but overall professional competitive video gaming gives me the same negative vibe as sports.

What you are describing is just harassment. I work at a library if I am walking down the street and some jerk starts asking me library questions or demanding I take his books he wants to return that guy is harassing me because I am not at work.

From what I have seen in their marketing it looks like he is the hero, not what I described. A Jack Burton style of ‘hero’ is just more interesting to me than another great white hope story.

I would be more interested in movies like this if the outsider character was more of a secondary hero to the story. Maybe the one telling the story of how he once traveled to this distant land and after some misadventures he fought beside these great heroes who saved the day. To me that would be a more interesting…
