I think the tip “talk about yourself” is more of an advanced tip. It’s for people who are socially aware enough to know what things about themselves they should tell, or how they can make them interesting enough for the other person.

I definitely think that talking about yourself can be a great way to open up a

“This is ridiculous. Correlation does not equal causation. People who can motivate themselves to exercise are probably also better at motivating themselves to spend.”

I would be interested to see your source. 4 days seems very short.

Same. Never had any issues. Sometimes I'll even eat it Monday or Tuesday of the following week if I still have leftovers. That's about my limit though. 4 days seems way too short.

Shoulders are lumped in with chest. Most of those exercises hit your front delts mostly, but the pike push-ups are a pretty good shoulder blaster

I’m curious if anyone has suggestions for using reusable containers for buying bulk goods in at the store. I shop at King Soopers and Sprouts a lot, and tend to buy things like oats in the bulk section often, but I don’t know how buy them without wasting a plastic bag, or paying for the weight of my reusable

Technical question: If I have what I think might be a low-amperage cable (I’m not even sure that’s a thing, but it seems like it with some of my older cables), will this tester tell me the amperage of the wall charger, or the lower of the charger and the cable?

Technical question: If I have what I think might be a low-amperage cable (I’m not even sure that’s a thing, but it

Our ‘07 Fit just hit 190k miles, and is still going strong. Haven’t had to make any major repairs (other than replacing struts) since we bought it when it had 120k. If it weren’t for the slightly undersized engine (for my taste, of course), and the low ground clearance, I don’t know that I’d ever buy anything else.

“They didn’t create the financial instruments to do this.”

But they bought into them. A market is made up of supply and demand. Banks and lenders provide the supply, and consumers provide the demand.

On a related note, how in the world do I keep my white undershirts from not turning a brownish grey after 3 washes?

That's a great point. I've bought a few products, reviewed them after a few uses, and then had them crap out on me after a few months. I typically go back and adjust those reviews, but I'm sure that a lot of people don't.

I’m a big fan of fakespot. I use it for just about everything that I buy on Amazon. It also seems fairly accurate, in the sense that Chinese knock-off products tend to get much lower adjusted scores than products from reputable brands (obviously that's not the ideal measure of accuracy, but it's all I've got).

“I’m an adult”

Wasn’t that the whole point of this article? That there are clear differences in nutrition between cow’s milk and substitutes?

Cow's milk isn't a replacement for mother's milk either. Should we rebrand cow's milk as well? Your argument supports relabeling all milk so that people don't confuse it with mother's milk.

No.

Yes!!!! I specifically came here to say this! It drives me crazy when people (even my very nature-minded, LNT friends) walk through untrampled grass and flowers to avoid mud or small puddles. It’s amazing how quickly a trail can widen as a result. At this point, I’ve gotten okay with just having wet feet. If the trail

I’m curious why anybody would choose Pandora over either of the other two. My experience (although I haven’t really used it in a couple of years) was that the library was tiny. Every time I created a playlist, I’d hear the same 20 or 30 songs on repeat. With Google Play Music, the playlists truly feel random, and I

I really like this idea. I, like you, can never seem to get the old bar to stick to the new one, and it always ends up as a broken mess on top of my drain. I may give this a try.

I’ve always tried that and it always just ends up breaking off. Maybe I’m just not trying hard enough.
