Xbox360 controlers are owned by Microsoft, this is why microsoft computers run xbox controllers. This does not mean it will be on xbox360. He said he doesnt want a third party company working on it or investing in him. Hence, he will probably not work with microsoft to release an xbox360 or xboxone version.
