Are you seriously bemoaning the fact that people aren’t blindly buying into something based on the franchise attached to it alone? Isn’t that the worst aspect of fanboism? Their inability to think critically and just mindlessly consuming everything and anything churned out under the same umbrella?

Because for all those other games (Pokemon, Mario) you are still getting main game entries with the spin-off. You are getting none of that with the release of Federation Force.

The frustration stems from the fact Metroid had 1 AWFUL game and now it’s had nothing for quite a while and instead of a main game in the series we’re getting something that doesn’t fit with the series.

It’s like how Luigi’s Mansion may have been a really good game and all but everyone was kinda expecting a new Mario…
