It’s funny.
It’s funny.
Assuming they are paid hourly and this isn’t in some way more physically/mentally/emotionally stressful than their usual tasks, can someone explain how this is unfair to the workers themselves?
Either you’ve never been to Utah, you’re a fucking idiot, or both.
Perhaps one of the problems with our liberties and freedoms is that they can’t easily be visualized. The fact that you are enjoying everything America has to offer and still can say “we don’t owe America shit” is just depressing.
My family made it over here by their own blood, sweat and tears and we don’t owe America shit.
I believe he had severe OCD/germaphobia, and doing all those Nick game shows was actually therapeutic for him.
Slightly off topic, and I’m a perpetual grey so it doesn’t matter much, but I wonder about the stance that Deadspin always takes regarding salary caps and artificially low salaries. (This might get long; I’m old and stuck in a hotel room. If you don’t want to read, feel free to move on!)
Doesn’t Durant’s signature shoe deal, compounded by winning, make this pay cut a wash?
Ehhhh..... This trend of players taking less than their top top market value speaks to just how obviously the absolute best players value winning more than money. If that means teaming up with other players that they are great friends with, and have known since they were 6 in AAU ball, well duh.
So fat shaming is ok if it’s directed toward a white, Republican male? Got it. Just trying to stay up to date on the current rules.
Having your heart broken. By that, I mean you are physically ill because of it. Toilet heaving, fetal position sobbing, “that was THE ONE” dumped. Man, for $100M I’ll take his place and suffer the beating.
Thank goodness, my 55 gallon drum of lube is almost spent.

Yeah this is an important point. The reason an aspirin costs 30 bucks in the hospital is because insurance covers it. Obviously nobody can afford chemo on their own, but aspirin?
is it possible that some of this would cause a market adjust and health CARE costs would come down? I feel like no attention is given to the cost of CARE and only focused on cost of INSURANCE. Prices wouldnt need to be so high if it didnt cost $300 dollars to get blood work done ETC
This will either be a fun pairing or a total disaster
Some people like to hate on Discount Tire but they’ve been the best value for me, even compared to Tire Rack (after install and disposal and whatever other costs there are). Great customer service at the few stores I’ve been to as well.
