We have figured out this whole key to weight loss thing a long time ago, people just don’t want to hear that it all comes down to eating less. Yes there are many techniques you can use to make this easier but at the end of the day nothing works better than eating satiating foods and tracking your calories.

That is why you don’t check a bag on a business trip. Only acceptable if you are gone for longer than a week but you should easily be able to pack a week’s worth in a carryon.

I used one of these when my daughter was like 6 months old or so and she seemed to like it ok, my niece on the other hand loved hers. Not quite, we only got a handful of BP pitches and the rest were in a game. Give either of us a bucket of BP and there will be multiple dongs. Any semi athletic male that played baseball at least at the little league level should be able to when they get as many BP style pitches as they want.
