Terrible Acting

It’s precisely because we know what’s happening, but the characters don’t, which is going to make this amazing.

I’ve got a real good feeling about this show. I think having the audience know what’s happening, seeing all the little clues that the characters are likely to miss at first, is going to help raise the anxiety level immensely.

“Man gets bitten by a homeless guy. You won’t believe what happens next!”

The caption could either be “Looking for a better way to maximize your investments?” or “Hmmm that’s unusual. Why is that child eating brains?”

The picture above looks like you just searched in Stock Photo's: "Concerned People."

“To be honest, I don’t much care about which part of the British Isles rightly may claim John Lennon’s ancestry. He mostly was a self-promoting misogynist checkbook activist who imagined no possessions from one of the most exclusive addresses in the history of planet earth, so whichever country wants him can have him”

Can I call ‘Shotgun’ on the ride there?

It’s only 12,344,849,600,000 miles away! The fastest man made spacecraft thus far has reached 90,000mph so it would only take 1,371,649,955 hours or 57,152,081 days or 156,581 years.

Keep in mind that Republican is short for Democratic-Republican... generally considered the forerunner of the modern Democratic party. The GOP as we know it did not exist prior to the 1850s.

Dyson didn’t pay me anything. It’s a gadget made by a company we cover. I compared it to my regular cleaning routine, which used to be a Swiffer dance. Swiffer didn’t pay me anything either. This is just, you know, what Gizmodo does. We try out gadgets and tell you what’s good.

I’ve been good at stuffing existential horror and the vastness of time and space down deep, for many years now. However, I remember that for about two years, around the age of 9, I dealt with something very similar to what you described when you talk about “feeling scale” and “vertigo”-like feelings.

Estimates range from “It is actually infinite” to “roughly as much larger than the observable universe, as the observable universe is larger than a human being.” We know there’s more to the universe thanks to gravity from outside the horizon effecting galaxies within our horizon, but after that it’s mainly educated

He warned against contacting and meeting aliens. Listening and finding out if they’re there is a much different story.
