Sounds like a very good business strategy. Such facilities cannot survive on racing alone, and if we are to truly have a world-class motorsports facility/shrine then some out of the box thinking is required.
Call me stubborn, but I would much rather be slower around a track and feel more of a connection to the car.
This may be me being a zombie this morning, but that Juke-R in the photo looks like it does not have the expansive roll-cage found in the prototype version.
