Don’t worry. You have Rand to explain it to you.

OMG, OBVIOUSLY. How could I have been so dumb? (Prolly my vagina.)
Yeah— when Hilary was doing that one interview a zillion years ago, and she choked up a little while answering a question, there was a shitstorm about how she had a ‘breakdown’ and was too emotional for politics. How come this little foot-stamping sandbox whiner won’t get the same treatment, when he’s CLEARLY way more…
Really, it doesn’t sound like “Politics” should’ve been in his list of career-choices at ALL. He’s far too hysterical and driven by his emotions, and too unwilling to work with anyone he perceives as a threat (i.e. disagrees with him).

Well he is a man, so obviously what he has to say is more important than that little lady Savannah.
This is one of my fundamental objections to Rand Paul and Chris Christie as Presidential candidates*: their temperaments. They’re both short-tempered hot heads who are quick to react when they feel insulted. Paul gets snotty and condescending and refuses to answer questions and Christie gets bullying and sarcastic and…
Because they interrupted his very important man thoughts. HE WAS THINKING! It’s hard for Rand, ya know? Why are people always interrupting his thoughts?
It drives me bonkers when candidates promote themselves in a maverick-y, uncompromising way. It’s great that you have the strength of your convictions but government is so often about compromising! How in the world are you actually going to govern if you win?!
Agreed, I have issues with getting snippy. Which is a major reason I will never run for public office.
“I personally believe that life is special, that human life is special and there’s a sanctity — that we’re more than just clay and dirt,” he said.
Hear, hear.
I love how he describes Guthrie’s failure to shut up when he interrupted her as Guthrie “talking over” him.
Alll thiiis. Because everybody wants a snippy ill-tempered rage-monster president, right?
“I will have to get better at holding my tongue and holding my temper,” he added.

Yeah. I’m with you. I always kind of had a thing against talk show hosts and this format in general but he just seems so damn happy and grateful to be doing what he’s doing and for some reason that makes me smile and I end up enjoying it. I certainly don’t watch regularly but when I do, I’m all about it.
“sausage penis?”
Just came here to say that I LOVE JIMMY FALLON and the haters gonna hate. Pfft.
Jimmy Fallon is the reigning king of delightful, PG-rated antics with celebrities, and The Whisper Challenge is one…
