Females have always been ‘allowed’ to play in any league they want. The only exclusion that goes on in CS are womens only tournaments. There has never, in any iteration of the game, been a male only CS tournament.

The second best women’s team plays in a ‘men’s league’ and they are a below average 4th division team (out of 5 divisions). These girls are full time CS players with all the support in the world playing against amateurs and still getting destroyed.
