The red light is the Door Ajar light which isn’t a issue with the door being open. the yellow light is the ABS light. These only had ABS on the rear brakes. It may need attention but is useable as is. 

It isn’t hard to make Side by Sides street legal. The requirements here where I live are Headlights, Tail Lights, Horn, windshield, turn signals, Rear view mirrors, mufflers, speedometers and licence plate mount w/light. Some of those items are already standard and the rest can be added easily.

It all depends on where you are. Here where I live a car like that wouldn’t get a second look. It doesn’t do truck stuff so it’s of no value to anyone.

Most people wouldn’t know it’s something racist because racism isn’t something that most people think about all the time. I would venture to guess that probably 70% of White Americans have never heard of it until this year. I thought it was a misspelling of June Nineteenth when I first saw it earlier this month. 

In some of the more expensive models of these cars, the Front Trunk area can have an optional Air conditioner and gas generator for recharging the batteries or range extension. I imagine since I saw what looks like mounts in that area, that may be an option for this vehicle as well.
