there are people further to the left than Joe Manchin in West Virginia. But he’s got a lock on the ultra-conservative donors, so he’s the “Kingpin” there. often times, in those states, people switch sides because they can’t get past the primary against someone else.

Now that he’s not on Saturday Night Live anymore, I guess Mr. Davidson can use the check.  But it could have been a better ad if he’d played that character who’s always ridiculously nonchalant, like “whatever”.. It could have made for a funny non-apology..

pretty messed up, overall that he’s gone. it was a great angle to put him on the “I love the 90s” tours.  I think he could have gone further with acting, like a role on a sitcom.
