I got my wii with zelda, 2 other games, 6 games on the virtual console, 2 nunchucks and wands, and 2 classic controllers for 300 bucks like a year after the release from craigslist.

I don't get why it would have legs..isn't Wii U backwards compatible? After I get a Wii U the only thing I'll use my wii for is Gamecube ports.

I said that at first but everyone that used it so far has said it's comfortable.

Are they doing different hard drive sizes or one with a huge HD? I don't think anyone has asked that yet. The pricing points are likely vary.

I'm with you.. 100% but it's just a reflection on the fact that the systems don't offer much more to entice you to get them other than these specials... I'd be okay with "timed exclusives" like PS3 getting that case for a few months but even then it's a bit much.
