I I went to school for graphic design, once you get out of school and start hanging out with other people who got a degree in design it gets really annoying really fast... STFU about kerning! Does it look good? Can it function in different sizes and media? Perfect. Now stop.

honestly constant posting is your only issue. I've only missed 2 weeks of posting in the last 2 years. And I do a lot to engage my audience like weekly live shows, facebook fan pages and the like. it's a battle but If nothing I'd like to say I tried my best.

Yeah I can also relate to being a slave to what viewers want. I make a lot of different videos but my Pokemon videos by far get the most requests and hits, I've tried denying it but I 'd be dumb not to give in every now and again.
Keep it up, it takes a while. From what I gather it takes usually 5 years to make it a full time deal. I'm in year two and I've gone from making 80 cents a month to over 200 dollars a month, Kinda crazy if you're talking percentiles.

I've been attempting this for the last year and a half. Thanks in part to Kotaku featuring two of my Pokemon vids, I can say I've grown pretty quickly (Over 20,000 in two years) but YouTube likes to change it's ecosystem a lot and each time I've seen my channel take a significant hit.
