Ignore all these incredibly-sensible suggestions. Get the most American Porsche ever made with a front-engined V8 and a dog-leg shifter: the 928. You can get one in good shape for $25k and then spend the rest on parts down the road.

So cool that congress has the time to try and pass a low that effects 0.0001 percent of the population who are extremely wealthy while the economy is slowly slinking to a depression for the rest of us. 

So will congress also prevent our personal cars from being tracked ie. via speed cameras, security cameras etc? I dont really care that I am tracked but trying to make things equal. 

Well, at least all private jets will be affected equally, both those owned by billionaires and those owned by the homeless.

My son is scared to drive because his mother has convinced him everyone on the road is a killer with a loaded gat on the seat beside them ready to open fire at the least little provocation. No amount of reason will dissuade them because they cite examples like this.
