I loved that pilot. I think I watched the next episode, but then missed a couple after that, and not having a DVR at the time, that was it for me.

He did get the skylight in the White House fixed though.

But he never questioned why those apes spoke English!

I met my teacher wife on Match too. There's also the fact that since teaching is a majority female occupation, that means you have less opportunity to meet someone on the job.

Just sleep on Air Force One, ok?

There are a lot of dumb polish person jokes that could be made here, but we are an enlightened society and i will have none of it.

It's going to be a hot time in the old town tonight, she'll say. But in German.

We are a bunch of fickle mushheads.

Maybe trumpster fire is actually Polkian, and if we tell him he made America Great Again already, he'll leave.

Huh, I hadn't considered that.

If Mick Foley were to run for president, I would join that campaign immediately.

I would prefer to talk about how he's going to get us all killed, I guess. But that's really not pop culture.

Impressive given he had to hold the camera with his flippers. But at least he knew to take the pictures in landscape!

My hot take (LOLava) is that he was actually doing a really great air guitar riff, despite guitars not being in existence yet. But that would only make needing an imaginary guitar more necessary.

I know I was obsessed with mysterious disappearances as a child. The Judge Craters and DB Coopers and Pete Hornbergers of the world. But that wasn't in 2nd grade.

Me and Molly Volley had a discussion about this last night. She says her students (2nd graders) all know who Amelia Earhart is, but none of them know who Charles Lindbergh is. Was it because she was a female pilot? Or because of her mysterious disappearance?

I'm with you. I liked Dawn, it's a good movie. Rise was really fun as it turned all our expectations around though. And there's no scene in Dawn that is as cool as "NO!"

Dr Who does it all the time!

You don't know how long I've been waiting for that. When the Russo's were teasing that Captain America: Civil War was actually going to be about the Serpent Society, I was so excited! Only to not get that :(

If they are looking for a Volstagg stand-in, they should try the Jersey Shore.
