I love this series. I see everyone complaining that he's awful, but does every character on tv need to be a good guy? People gobble up Always Sunny, and they're sociopaths. This at least has reasoning for why he is the way he is, and he's struggling with it. Watching him get hung out to dry is some of the best cringe

I think people were put off by the visual similarities to the Bourne series and the perceived weakness of the villain and plot. It was the only direct sequel in Bond history, in so far as being directly affected by the previous film's plot. It was also a revenge story, and play out as such, similarly to how the MCU

How is it even close to being Roger Moore ridiculous? They were experimental energy cells that were being used in the hotel. Bond crashed a vehicle into them, starting the explosion chain reaction. It's no more ridiculous than any other action movie.

Yeah it's a gross exaggeration. Most of the Bond films are awful in comparison.

I totally disagree. I think the movie brings back elements of the novels and better tropes from previous films that mesh well. I think it's nearly as strong as Casino Royale, better than Skyfall, and totally under appreciated.

It's definitely a combination of the two. The way everything was shot made what could've been so dull seem dynamic. I've never seen a college campus look so enthralling.

The score is what drove me. The entire FaceMash creation scene jumping back and forth was great, but that rising tension as the industrial soundtrack amped up, making it all feel so sinister until the girls realize they're on the site. It's all brilliant.

I felt the opposite. I loved the speakeasy scene because it's exactly the type of the thing Community would normally allow to snowball and seize control of the episode, but it got shut down so quickly by Frankie, who tried to do it the Community way with costumed bobbies, but totally failed. Yeah, it's all a big meta

It's very much like that. I work in production and every time I'm at a PR office or an editing house, the hot secretary will offer me refreshments. Hell, the payroll company does it and gave me a tote bag for my umbrella one day. Who says rich people don't care!?

The recurring joke isn't that she turns down water, but that wealthy white people are always offering it. Duh.

Young Bruce is going to be Batman. There's nothing about that show that draws me in, and the story of Bruce growing up is really a bore. At least we're unsure of where AoS will take these characters.

That's a really good breakdown of the creators' stable of usual characters. Nice!

He really seems to like stories about hot young girls on set.

I don't think there's a point to Adult Swim, but it seems like, whatever it is, Fox has missed it.

Maybe they were surgically modified. Or aesthetically modified with adorable outfits. I want to know exactly what kind of mods we're talking here.

Quantum of Solace is underrated. I stand by that til the death.

Yeah, okay. Whatever you say, guys.

Alright, I take this as one of those pleas to watch The Good Wife? I'll give it a shot.

Erik, not only did you choose an episode of Community over the crown jewel of Breaking Bad, you also threw in a dig about Mad Men being better than Breaking Bad. I think you're my hero.

Even the promos have been boring. All they had to do was cut together something deceptively interesting and vague and they just didn't have the content.
