I was just telling my sister, while I was creating an email account for a 9 year-old, "This shit's just so damn complicated. I miss the days when someone's Player 1 and the other guy is Player 2."

One of the things I just discovered was adding a new "user" to play on my Xbox One. My 9 year-old nephew and I spent Memorial Day weekend playing together and I naively assumed I can just add a new profile, pick out a gamertag for him and make sure his points/achievements/saves get saved on the hard drive. He'll never

Titanfall pretty much ruined me. If I can't double-jump or wall-run to get to places, I won't bother.

I just finally dug into the game last night and you are so right! Part of me wants to hear Red talk since I love her singing voice. And the visuals… wow.

I'm seriously skeptical. Not at the techonology — I think were close to how VR is shown in movies and TV. I'm definitely skeptical about how ready we are. We'll have new afflictions to gaming too much (I'm get motion-sick, but love playing FPS games), people addicted to having their heads and eyes strapped in, and

That sounds so cool, but there's no way to recreate it. :( Sorry, man.

I love my Xbox One and save for a few quirks, I'm happy with it. I bought it strictly to play Titanfall and I play every day (an hour or two). As far as Kinect functionality, I don't use it so much, other than recording clips and turning the console off (I don't have it on stand-by). Kinect is useful, but it's not a

I think it's fine to just turn off your surge protector. That's how I have mine set up. All my electronics are plugged into an 8-outlet surge protector and I turn it off when I leave for work and turn it on when I get home. It's just peace of mind that nothing is on without me knowing and nothing breaks down from use

Well, you kinda have to if you're grinding for hours grinding for some rare piece of armor or weapon. Might as well enjoy the view. Unless it's from a first person perspective — then I could care less.

To me, it has nothing to do with identifying myself with the character I'm creating. To be honest, if I'm playing an MMO and will spend countless hours looking at my character, I'd rather create a pretty girl than some hulking man-dude.

Sadly, you might be right.

Dumb tuner people give everyone else who enjoys the scene, a bad wrap — why would you even consider baiting someone that's towing something? Serves him right.

This reminds me of the old school Bubblegum Crisis anime.

THANK YOU so much, bullshooter. This helps me A LOT.

Thanks, kouper. That helps a lot.

Yeah, I have to do research on that and YES, I am getting a PS4 soon. Paying monthly fees on top of paying for a PSN subscription doesn't make much sense. Thank you for your input. I appreciate it.

Hi all. I don't want to hijack this discussion, but I'm really on the fence about getting Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. I've read reviews for the last few months and I think the general consensus is positive, but I have qualms about paying monthly fees (do I pay the game fee and PSN+ fee?), is it a game I need to

This would be great! I like the AMC I go to, even if it's a farther drive. If I think a movie is worth it, advance tickets and pricier tickets is something I'd definitely get if I can also reserve seats. Thanks for the info. :)

I would pay extra on top of the crazy ticket prices if I can book specific seats.

I wish there was video of this. I can't wrap my head around the traversal mechanic. Sounds like fun, tho.
