And the irony is, of course, that in Oz people put Chevy badges on their Holdens....

groovy... adding that to my collection of stuff i use to entertain the stoners.

I like my SS, but hated the Chevy crap on it. Thankfully GM was extremely lazy and all it took was a grille swap and emblem change. No more Impalabu questions. Now people ask what the hell is it with the Holden badges.

GM just can’t seem to win. I remember people complaining about the styling of the G8 when it came out too. It didn’t help it got attached to a dying brand, but “enthusiasts” love to say “If only GM made a V8 rear wheel drive sedan, I’d buy one!” Except it has to cheaper than a four-cylinder Accord, better appointed

IMO, I feel cheated by GM for bringing us the SS in its current state when we can all look online and see that the Vauxhall VXR8/Holden Commodore looks so much better inside and out.

BOTH PEOPLE WHO BOUGHT ONE ARE ON THE EDGE OF THEIR SEATS!

Ok, the CTS then.

Good. I always hated the “star in a reasonably priced car” segment. Very rarely did they have cool guests, instead featuring some vapid celebrity fuckwit I couldn’t give two shits about, blathering on about how little they know or care about cars.

I would like to see this Motor/trans. in a nice looking fox body LX Mustang.

Weight matters not when it comes to supercar top speeds. It’s nearly all a function of HP and aero.

Let’s play with sub-genres

Industrial Metal - Rat Rods

Swedish Progressive Metal (Moonlight Agony, Therion, Andromeda) - Complex, rapid, experimental, dynamic music that pushes the boundaries of the genre.

And this one’s already got his horns up \m/

There’s nothing like blasting death metal in one of these.

The G-wagon is a metal poser. And don’t even get me started on the worthless Dan Bilzerian types who buy the 6x6. Kill them.

marauder

I’ll bite.

Some of us have families.

It’s not a race car though. And I hardly think the people buying these are too stupid to pull up to a gas pump the right way and are looking at this as a solution. :)

For some reason, every time I have my mental debate of “what cars will I buy when I win the lottery” (we all do it) I always forget about Singer. I need to remember to put one of these very near the top of my totally real list.
