BRB crying for a lost hundy.
I’m surprised how well this actually works!
This. So much this. A clean unmolested normal car will always get my attention so much more than your almost “run of the mill” super cars that seem to frequent every show. Especially more so if it’s a nice 80s or 90s model. I would have swooned all over that seemingly boring Escort.
Ok, that Unimog though. <3
I think the proposed livery is going to kick the “artsy” ones butt, although this one might need lips and eye lashes too.
But if he gets enough paint flakes in the bloodied knuckles then his blood will be coursing with AMC DNA, further feeding the desire.
I really wanted to spend more time in there, I could have looked through all of that (I used to collect brochures, ads, and window stickers as a kid) but I was getting pushed to go ;’(
Exactly! I wanted to keep talking but didn’t want to seem like a creep and figured he had a million things to do so I let him go. I’m sure the people I was with thought I was insane for talking with a stranger as well. Were you the gentleman riding with him when I stopped and pointed out the FSJ exhibit?
I was shocked myself, I knew it was going to be big but I was so surprised at the amount of Jeeps from all different walks of life. There was everything represented there and seeing everyone so proud of their own, no matter what it was, was truly a treat. The FSJ exhibit was the crown jewel to me, not knowing a ton…
^This.
Daww man, I was hoping to see the GE :(
I wholeheartedly expect to pick up a new GTI in Great Falls Green like the above when my lease is up in November...and I can’t wait.
As an Ohio resident, I was mildly annoyed when the BMV repeatedly denied my “FZJ FTW” plate a few years back. Evidently, it means “F” the world in their eyes.
This. So much this. (5 3rd gen 4Runners :) )
I agree with the GTI route, but what about waiting for the ‘18 refresh??
Oh man I didn’t realize with all these posts about this Briarwood it was in Columbus! I could have lent a hand if needed/supplied tools you didn’t have.
