Clue is one of my favorite movies. Growing up, my sisters and I would watch it every time we found it on TV. I didn't even know until recently that the three endings weren't shown together in the theaters.
Sad news. The F&F movies were always entertaining.
It's not "all scripted." While they do write the bits beforehand, they also do a lot of improvisation during filming. I don't know for sure, but I would bet that there is a fair amount of cut footage from the "Cujo" sketch where they just threw out a bunch of responses.
That was Queens of the Stone Age's Josh Homme in the opening sketch, by the way.
